Vacuum Brake Bleed

I have brake problems with my 06 Eclipse?

I have a an Eclipse GS 06 with a brake problem. My brake pedal goes all the way down when I brake. I also hear a chirping sound when I apply the brakes and when I realease the brakes. I took it to the dealer and they told me I it needed to be bleed. I Bleed the system manually and with a vacuum pump. I still have the same problem.. Does anyone know what might be the problem? A defective Brake booster or master cylinder?

take it to another mechanic soon as possible the car is not fit to be on the road
